This form is for Residential services only and for customers who are new to the OKC Utilities service area. If you currently have services with OKC Utilities and want to transfer or start a service at a second location, please log in and request Services under your existing account.

Commercial accounts please call 405-297-2833 to start new service.

If your requested date is not available due to holiday or weekend, your services will be scheduled to start on the next business day. Same day start requests cannot be processed.

New service fees may include:

$25.00 service initiation fee
Deposit up to $200.00

The service initiation and deposit fees will be due with your first bill.
